Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized, AI-driven robot companion can help college students with anxiety stick to their therapy homework. Researchers want to see if students are more motivated to complete daily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) exercises when a robot provides personalized feedback and can be customized. The goal is to see if this approach helps students engage more with therapy and reduces their anxiety symptoms.
