Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized AI-powered robot can help college students with generalized anxiety disorder complete their therapy homework between sessions. About 140 students will interact with the robot, which encourages them to practice cognitive behavioral therapy exercises. The goal is to see if the robot improves adherence and reduces anxiety symptoms.
