AI or doctor? palestinian study tests how interns lean on artificial intelligence
NCT ID NCT07558746
First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study enrolls 159 intern doctors in Palestine to take the same radiology exam, but with different AI assistants: one group gets correct AI advice, another gets incorrect advice, and a third gets no AI at all. By comparing their scores, researchers will measure how much the interns rely on AI. The goal is to understand AI's influence on diagnostic decisions, not to treat any disease.
