First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether relaxation and breathing exercises guided by artificial intelligence can reduce pain and improve quality of life in postmenopausal women with long-lasting muscle and joint pain. About 48 women aged 45–65 will be split into three groups: one led by a physiotherapist, one using an AI system, and a control group. The goal is to see if AI can offer a convenient, at-home option for managing symptoms.
