AI personal trainer for seniors: can technology help frail patients recover at home?
NCT ID NCT07176520
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-assisted rehabilitation tool helps frail older adults improve their physical function after leaving the hospital. Researchers will compare the AI-guided exercises to standard rehabilitation videos to see which approach works better. About 220 participants will use either the AI tool or watch standard exercise videos at home for 12 weeks while tracking their progress.
