Summary
This study aims to develop a computer model that can predict how idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) will progress in individual patients. Researchers will analyze past medical records from 1,000 patients across Italian hospitals to teach the model what patterns lead to faster decline, severe flare-ups, or better responses to treatment. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors provide more personalized care by forecasting a patient's likely disease course.
