First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 04, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study aims to see if artificial intelligence (AI) can predict which patients will develop dangerous irregular heartbeats during or after high-risk surgery. Researchers will analyze simple heart monitor recordings from 300 patients before their operations. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors identify patients at higher risk so they can be monitored more closely.
