Summary

This study will enroll 800 people who had a severe heart attack (STEMI) and were treated with emergency angioplasty. About a week later, they will get a special heart MRI. Researchers will also collect their medical records and blood test results. Using all this information, they will build an artificial intelligence (AI) model to predict who is at highest risk for future heart problems, such as another heart attack or heart failure. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients earlier so they can provide closer monitoring and timely treatment.
