First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests three different digital foot care programs to see which best prevents diabetic foot ulcers in people with diabetes who are at high risk. About 1,500 participants aged 50 to 80 will use smartphone apps and take photos of their feet, with some getting extra support from AI or nurses. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to stop ulcers before they start.
