First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study will check if a fast, bedside heart ultrasound performed by emergency doctors or interpreted by artificial intelligence can accurately detect heart problems in children who already have heart disease. About 200 children aged 0-21 will be included. The results will be compared to a full echocardiogram to see how reliable the quick methods are.
