Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence-assisted online mindfulness program can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults with mild emotional distress. 550 participants will either use the AI-guided program for 49 days or receive usual mental health resources. Researchers will track symptoms, quality of life, and healthcare use for up to two years.
