AI-Powered virtual coach aims to slash breast cancer risk in thousands of women

Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered smartphone app (Virtual Coach) can help women adopt healthier habits like more exercise, better diet, and less alcohol to lower breast cancer risk. About 2,080 women from Greece, Lithuania, Spain, and Sweden will take part, including those at risk, undergoing treatment, or survivors. Participants will either get standard advice or the same advice plus the app, and changes in physical activity and other health measures will be tracked over 12 months.
