AI-Powered virtual coach aims to slash breast cancer risk in thousands of women

Summary
This study will test an AI-powered smartphone app called the Virtual Coach to help women lower their breast cancer risk by improving physical activity, diet, and alcohol use. About 2,080 women from Greece, Lithuania, Spain, and Sweden will take part, including those at risk, currently in treatment, or who have survived breast cancer. Participants will either receive standard lifestyle advice or the same advice plus the app for 12 months. The goal is to see if the app leads to lasting healthy habits that could reduce breast cancer risk.
