Summary
This study tested a mobile app that uses artificial intelligence to help women monitor the first stage of labor. The app tracks contractions, analyzes symptoms, and provides personalized guidance to reduce anxiety and improve the childbirth experience. 216 women in their third trimester with low-risk pregnancies participated. The goal was to see if the app could make labor less stressful and help women feel more in control.
