Will doctors trust AI for heart checks? massive study aims to find out
NCT ID NCT07405866
Summary
This study aims to understand if doctors find an AI-assisted algorithm useful when evaluating patients who might have coronary artery disease. Researchers will observe how often clinicians choose to use the ECGio AI tool on eligible patients during routine practice. The study involves collecting anonymous data from up to 10,000 adult patients with risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, or smoking, but it does not test if the AI improves health outcomes.
