Summary

This study tests whether using artificial intelligence to guide anti-inflammatory treatment can improve outcomes for people with a sudden tear in the aorta (aortic dissection). 300 adults undergoing emergency surgery will be randomly assigned to either standard care or AI-personalized therapy. The goal is to reduce organ failure and inflammation after surgery.
