NCT ID NCT07267962
Summary
This study is testing whether using popular AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek can help physical therapists create better exercise plans for people with degenerative knee disease. 80 adults will receive standard physical therapy, with some also getting exercise programs designed with AI assistance. The goal is to see if AI-guided plans lead to greater reductions in pain and better knee function after 8 weeks of treatment.
