Summary

This study uses a wearable glucose monitor and an AI algorithm to track how healthy adults' blood sugar responds to meals. Researchers aim to identify different blood sugar patterns, called glucotypes, and link them to health markers like weight and cholesterol. The goal is to develop personalized nutrition advice that helps prevent diseases like type 2 diabetes. Participants wear a sensor for 14 days, record their meals, and provide blood and urine samples.
