ChatGPT as a surgical sidekick? AI tested to streamline Pre-Op heart checks
NCT ID NCT07395713
Summary
This study is testing if artificial intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT can accurately predict when patients need to see a heart specialist before non-heart surgery. Researchers will compare the AI's suggestions against expert doctor decisions to see if it could help make the pre-surgery process more efficient. The AI will not be used to make real decisions for patients in this study.
