AI steps in to help doctors spot hidden bowel cancer clues
NCT ID NCT06008847
Summary
This study tested whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system could help doctors find polyps (small growths) in the bowel more quickly and accurately. It used videos from a tiny, swallowable camera that patients took as part of their normal care. The goal was to see if the AI tool could make this screening process more efficient without changing how patients were diagnosed or treated.
