Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered app called SnapD can help people with type 2 diabetes and overweight better control their blood sugar. Participants will take photos of their Thai meals for the app to analyze, and some will also use a continuous glucose monitor. The goal is to see if this digital tool improves HbA1c levels over 8 weeks compared to standard diabetes education alone.
