Summary

This study tested a new AI tool that listens to therapy sessions and gives feedback to therapists on how well they are using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Researchers worked with 449 therapists, supervisors, and clients at five community mental health agencies. The goal was to see if the AI feedback helps therapists improve their skills and leads to better outcomes for clients.
