Your Phone's camera could soon check your heart and blood pressure
NCT ID NCT06829615
Summary
This study tested whether a new smartphone app can accurately measure heart rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure just by analyzing a one-minute video of a person's face. 132 adult participants used the app while also wearing traditional medical monitors to compare the results. The goal is to see if this contactless technology could one day provide convenient health checks from home.
