AI heart check: can a computer spot hidden heart trouble?
NCT ID NCT05867407
Summary
This study tested whether a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool could help doctors find more cases of weak heart pumping during routine check-ups. The AI was designed to analyze standard electrocardiogram (ECG) tests and flag patients who might need further heart imaging. The goal was to see if using this tool led to more diagnoses compared to standard care alone.
