First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether an AI tool called DeepECG can help family doctors and nurse practitioners better detect heart problems from electrocardiograms (ECGs). About 2,000 patients will take part, and doctors will gradually start using the AI to see if it improves their ability to refer the right people for heart tests. The goal is to catch structural heart disease earlier and more accurately in primary care.
