Summary
This study looks back at medical records to see if an AI tool can spot people at high risk for developing a weak heart pump before it happens. It involves 5,000 people in Taiwan who had normal heart function at the start. The goal is to see if starting certain heart medications early, based on the AI's warning, can prevent the heart from weakening in the future.
