AI steps into the Doctor's office: can a computer help catch hidden heart disease?
NCT ID NCT06637293
Summary
This study is testing whether new AI software can help family doctors and nurse practitioners better identify patients who need to see a heart specialist. The software analyzes standard heart rhythm tests (ECGs) and provides recommendations. Researchers will compare how accurately doctors refer patients for heart evaluations with and without the AI's help.
