AI heart test could spot deadly disease earlier

Summary
This study is testing a computer program (AI) that analyzes standard heart tracings (ECGs) to see if it can accurately detect a serious heart condition called transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis. The goal is to validate the AI tool's ability to tell the difference between people who have the disease and those who don't, using existing ECG records from 2,000 adults. If successful, this could help doctors diagnose this condition earlier using a common, low-cost test.
