Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized diet based on traditional Moroccan foods can help people with Type 2 Diabetes better control their blood sugar. Fifty participants will wear a continuous glucose monitor and follow dietary advice tailored to their habits. Researchers will check if this approach improves long-term blood sugar levels and body measurements over six months.
