Summary
This study is testing whether an artificial intelligence (AI) model can help doctors choose the best follow-up treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer after surgery. The AI analyzes patient data to predict who is at higher risk of the cancer coming back, and then recommends a personalized treatment or monitoring plan. The goal is to improve survival and reduce unnecessary side effects. About 571 participants are being enrolled from hospitals in China.
