Water workout may ease dizziness: new study

Summary
This study tests whether Ai Chi, a gentle water exercise program, can improve balance and reduce dizziness in people with a long-term inner ear disorder. 38 adults will be randomly assigned to either standard home exercises or home exercises plus 10 supervised Ai Chi sessions over 4 weeks. The goal is to see if adding Ai Chi leads to better balance and quality of life.
