Summary

This study is testing a mobile app chatbot named DAPHNE to see if it can help caregivers of children find and access social services, like food or housing assistance. Researchers want to know if the chatbot is easy to use and if doctors and nurses find it helpful to use in their daily work. About 70 caregivers and their healthcare providers will try the chatbot for 6 months and share their feedback.
