AI vs. doctors: can computers spot breast cancer better?

NCT ID NCT07411443

Summary

This study is testing whether using artificial intelligence (AI) to help read mammograms and breast ultrasounds can improve early breast cancer detection in large-scale screening programs. It will enroll 16,000 women aged 35-69. One group will get AI-assisted screening, while the other gets standard care, to see if the AI approach finds more early-stage cancers.
