Your phone watches your posture: AI could be the new physio for student back pain
NCT ID NCT07145996
Summary
This study is testing if a remote exercise program enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI) can help college students with long-term back pain. The AI uses a phone or webcam to watch students do their exercises, gives them real-time feedback on their form, and counts their repetitions. Researchers will compare this AI program to a standard video-based program and to usual care to see which is most effective at reducing pain and improving movement.
