Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone app designed to help people who are on a waiting list for NHS sexual therapy. The app provides educational information, exercises, and resources about sexual function, using artificial intelligence to personalize the experience. Researchers will measure if using the app for 16 weeks improves participants' sexual function, mindfulness, wellbeing, and quality of life while they wait for therapy.
