Summary
This study is testing a new mobile app that uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized education and support to adults on long-term dialysis. The goal is to see if using the app for six weeks helps patients better manage their symptoms, care for their dialysis access site (fistula), and follow their diet and fluid restrictions. Researchers will compare the app users to a group receiving standard care to see if there are improvements in self-care skills and health measurements.
