AI-Powered app aims to outsmart breast cancer risk

Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app with an artificial intelligence (AI) coach can help women adopt and maintain healthier habits to lower their risk of breast cancer. It will involve over 2,000 women across Europe, including those at risk, those currently in treatment, and survivors. Participants will either receive standard healthy lifestyle advice or the same advice plus the AI coaching app for a year to see which approach is more effective.
