New Two-Pronged cancer drug enters human testing
NCT ID NCT06635785
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called AI-081 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The drug is designed to work in two ways at once by targeting two different pathways that help tumors grow. Researchers will first find the safest dose and then see how well the drug works, either alone or with standard treatments.
