Summary

This study tests a new drug, AGP100, in 10 adults with a rare inherited heart condition called CPVT, which causes dangerous fast heartbeats during stress or exercise. Participants take three different doses of AGP100 over six weeks while continuing their usual heart medications. The goal is to see if AGP100 is safe and helps maintain a normal heart rhythm during exercise.
