Summary
This study aims to understand the connections between brain function, physical strength, and pain in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will measure memory, attention, muscle mass, grip strength, balance, and pain levels in 150 participants. The goal is to gather information that could help develop future strategies to prevent dementia and muscle loss.
