New drug trial aims to strengthen fragile bones

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called AGA2115 for adults with osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), also known as brittle bone disease. The main goal is to see if the drug can safely increase bone mineral density and reduce the number of fractures. For the first year, participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and then all participants will receive the drug for the second year.
