Summary
This study is preparing medical sites in four African countries to participate in future vaccine trials for pregnant women. Researchers are setting up systems to track Group B Strep infections in newborns and understand local attitudes toward vaccination during pregnancy. The goal is to create a network ready to test and monitor new maternal vaccines that could prevent serious infections in infants.
