Summary
This study tested a new treatment for people with CD30-positive Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphomas that came back or didn't respond to standard therapy. The treatment combines a special antibody (AFM13) with immune cells called natural killer (NK) cells from donated umbilical cord blood. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. The study included 45 participants and has been completed.
