Summary
This study compares two eye injections, aflibercept and bevacizumab, in 102 Iraqi adults with diabetic maculopathy (a diabetes-related eye disease that causes vision loss). The goal is to see which drug better improves vision and reduces eye swelling, and which is more cost-effective. Participants will receive three monthly injections, and their vision, eye thickness, and side effects will be tracked.
