Summary

This study tests whether a natural anti-inflammatory supplement called fisetin can reduce frailty and inflammation in adults aged 70 and older. About 40 participants will take either fisetin or a placebo for a short time. The goal is to see if the supplement lowers blood markers of inflammation and improves physical function.
