Summary

This study compares two types of exercise for people with knee osteoarthritis: aerobic exercise on a stationary bike and a mix of resistance, balance, and mobility exercises. The goal is to see which one better reduces pain sensitivity in the knee during and after exercise. Ninety adults aged 45 to 75 with knee osteoarthritis will participate in a 10-week program, with their pain levels measured at several points.
