Summary
This study looked at whether aerobic exercises or Aviva exercises (a type of movement therapy) can help reduce menstrual cramps and improve sleep, daily activities, and quality of life in women with painful periods. 42 unmarried women aged 20-40 with moderate to severe cramps took part. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage period pain.
