Summary
This study is testing several new drug combinations, with and without standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced stomach, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction cancers. The main goals are to see if these combinations are safe and if they can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. Researchers will measure how well the treatments work and monitor patients' health closely.
