Radiation boost trial aims to extend lives in advanced liver cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a precise, high-dose radiation treatment (SBRT) to standard drug therapy helps people with advanced liver cancer live longer than using drug therapy alone. About 184 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination treatment or just the drugs. The main goal is to see if the radiation addition improves survival while monitoring side effects and quality of life.
