Hot chemo bath trial aims to stop colon Cancer's return

Summary
This large study is testing if adding a special heated chemotherapy wash directly into the abdomen during surgery helps prevent cancer from coming back in people with locally advanced colon cancer. About 1,083 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard treatment (surgery and chemo) or the standard treatment plus this heated chemo procedure. The main goal is to see which approach keeps patients cancer-free for longer.
